Job Title Clinical Supervisor: EMPS Youth Mobile Crisis Employment Type Full-time, 40 hrs/week Schedule Monday‑Friday 7am‑3pm (Office‑based) Program / Location Youth Mobile Crisis (EMPS), Middletown, CT Program Description EMPS provides 24/7 crisis support for children and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or situational distress. Services include: Crisis telephone triage and support Mobile crisis assessment and intervention Community‑based care in homes, schools, courts, and other settings Our mission is to provide early intervention, stabilization, and alternatives to hospitalization while strengthening families and communities. Team Structure & Work Environment As Clinical Supervisor, you will lead a multidisciplinary, fast‑paced mobile crisis team consisting of: Supervisory Crisis Intake/Triage managing incoming calls and coordinating responses Master’s‑level clinicians providing mobile assessments and interventions with follow‑up and linkage to services You will collaborate closely with: External partners including schools, hospitals, DCF, law enforcement, and community providers Internal quality, training, and compliance teams This role blends hands‑on clinical leadership with administrative oversight, offering a balance of: Real‑time crisis consultation Staff coaching and development Program operations management You’ll also participate in a broader leadership structure, receiving support from senior program leadership while helping guide team culture, performance expectations, and service delivery standards.
