Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dietary Aide to assist our dining team in serving healthy and appetizing meals to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Participate in meal planning and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their dining needs and concerns
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure menu items meet resident preferences and dietary requirements
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in the food service industry or related field
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
