Overview At Harts, we're more than just plumbers; we help customers feel confident in their home’s plumbing. We're looking for a Plumbing Install Expert to join our team, someone who can lead customers to peace of mind during installations. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $65/hr. + Bonuses. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) + matching, Life Insurance. Time Off: 2 weeks PTO, 1 week sick time, and 6 paid holidays. Company Vehicle What You’ll Do Evaluate plumbing installations, create a plan of action, and communicate it to customers. Complete plumbing installations on time and within budget. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Mentor apprentices and maintain your company vehicle. Bring your skills to a company where We Care More.
