Job Summary:
The allied health professional opportunity is based in Ohio. The position involves providing specialized care in a bone marrow transplant unit within a 30-bed inpatient division. This role focuses on caring for patients with malignant hematologic disorders, including those undergoing stem cell transplants and CAR-T infusions. The RN will support ongoing research protocols and operate within a dedicated, research-focused environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating Days and Evenings (approximately 12 hours per shift) with schedule from 07:00 to 23:30 and every two weeks rotation.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 1 year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card, and experience working on a 30-bed inpatient unit in a research and treatment setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stem cell transplant and CAR-T therapies; familiarity with research protocols.
• Float: float rotation may be required depending on operational needs.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide care in a unit characterized by a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:3-4 for day and evening shifts, and 1:5 for night shift. Travel RNs will not be expected to infuse stem cells or CAR-T cells during this assignment.
