Product Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading organization in a highly regulated industry, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, positioning, and launch of customer-focused products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong product marketing expertise, experience developing business cases and go-to-market strategies, and a proven ability to translate complex offerings into compelling value propositions for customers.
This is a contract to hire role, located in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid 2x/week onsite):
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with ownership of the full business case and product commercialization lifecycle.
- Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Proven ability to develop business cases, product positioning, pricing strategies, and launch plans.
- Experience working within a regulated industry environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across product, sales, operations, and executive leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the utilities industry.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- Experience bringing customer-focused service offerings or subscription-based products to market.
- Familiarity with customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
