Shift Manager Shift Managers ensure that everything is under control during their shifts, overseeing all operations from greeting customers to maintaining the quality and speed of service. They manage a team of 15 to 20 people per shift, ensure equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, and product quality. Responsibilities Oversee all operations from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service. Ensure adequate maintenance of equipment. Track outlet inventory and monitor the quality of supplied products. Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift. Take actions to meet McDonald’s standards and maintain safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition. Help departments meet their goals and maintain targets during the shift. Provide leadership to crew and other managers for quality, service, and cleanliness. Profile Highly organized individual.
