Pay Rate: $37.00 per hour (1-year Contract)Shift: 2nd shift – 2:30PM - 11:00PM, Weekends and OT will be required as the business needs What’s a typical day as Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Leading and supervising a team within a sheet metal and manufacturing environment
• Ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met during the 2nd shift
• Managing day-to-day operations, delegating tasks, and supporting team members
• Reporting to upper management and collaborating across departments
• Utilizing computer applications such as Excel and Outlook to manage workflow and communication

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have strong supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (required)
• Possess a 4-year degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (strongly preferred)
• OR have a high school diploma/equivalent with relevant supervisory experience (required)
• Are proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook
• Are available to work onsite on 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime as needed
