TLC

Operating Room / Perioperative RN – Scrub and/or Circulate

Schedule - On-call shifts: Weekdays: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Weekends/holidays: either 7:00 pm – 7:00 am or 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Assignment Details Volume: ~20 cases per day; ~10 rooms/beds

Requirements Minimum 2 years perioperative/OR RN experience required Active compact nursing license Required certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred Robotics experience Skill in procedure/conscious sedation monitoring Experience with administration of blood & blood products Vascular access skills: PICC/central lines, Port-A-Cath access/care Preferred scrub skills in orthopedics, ENT, robotics, trauma, vascular

Roles & Responsibilities Circulate and/or scrub surgical cases as assigned Monitor patients during procedures and provide preoperative and postoperative care Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Manage surgical instruments and maintain a sterile environment

Compliance / Notes Pre-start requirements: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Completion of required modules pre-start (average ~16 hours)
