Clinical Sales Representative
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Sales Representative in Danville, PA to drive adoption of the da Vinci Surgical System among surgical teams. The role combines clinical mentorship, sales strategy execution, and operating room integration to maximize robotic surgery utilization across specialties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies with Clinical Sales Manager to increase da Vinci system utilization
- Train surgical teams on system operation, OR integration, and surgical applications
- Support regional sales and marketing events to drive procedure adoption
- Mentor surgical teams and new clinical sales staff to achieve performance goals
- Drive sales of instruments, accessories, and expansion of user base through key opinion leader engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
- Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Team collaboration and high-performance work ethic
