eCommerce Content Specialist

Location: Remote – U.S. (Must be available to work Eastern Time hours) Oxford Solutions is seeking an eCommerce Product Content Specialist for a remote opportunity with a client in the retail industry. This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and optimizing online product listings to ensure accurate information, high-quality imagery, and a positive customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing digital content, product data, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Responsibilities Create, update, and optimize eCommerce product detail pages (PDPs), including product descriptions, specifications, attributes, and images. Ensure product content is accurate, consistent, and meets established quality standards. Coordinate with merchandising teams, vendors, and internal partners to obtain missing product information and digital assets. Review product listings for accuracy and resolve content or display issues before publishing. Organize and manage product images, videos, and other digital content. Track multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining content quality. Identify opportunities to improve content workflows using new tools and technology. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital content, online merchandising, retail, or marketing preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. Experience creating or maintaining online product listings or digital content preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems, content management systems, or digital asset platforms is a plus. Strong written communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Basic HTML or image editing experience is a plus. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, AEM, Syndigo, or AI-assisted content tools is beneficial. Additional Details Fully remote within the United States.
