By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Client Executive - Life Sciences to join our team in Richmond, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).Focus on distribution or Life Sciences.Consistently demonstrates an executive presence and maintains advisory relationships with senior executive level clients and client influencers.Demonstrates the ability to interact with Board of Director level executives.Responsible for revenue and profit goals and effectively manages P&L across multiple deal structures, sets strategy within sphere of responsibility and contributes to long-term strategy of overall business unitDirects the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the groupProvides input to the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce, responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of account based associatesServices and solutions include partial outsourcing using one or two service components and small-mid project portfolioResponsible for all phases of selling and overall delivery of highly complex solutions or portfolio. Owns large-scale engagement(s) with combined annual revenue generation typically greater than $30M.Engagements are typically global in nature.Typically, directly / indirectly leads client team of 250+.Basic Qualifocations:15 yrs in tech leadership. 7-10 yrs in Client Management in Life Sciences or Distribution industry verticalsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Graduate degree preferred.#LI-NAMThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
