IT Help Desk Technician

Pomerene Hospital is seeking a PMG IT Help Desk Technician to support multiple PMG locations. The role covers account setup, password resets, and basic connectivity and device issues, including printer and scanner problems, with travel to PMG sites as part of the job.
This full-time position runs on a standard 8:00AM to 4:30PM schedule, requiring strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Training and support are provided under the Director of IT."
