Metals Testing Laboratory Technician

United Stars is seeking a Metals Testing Laboratory Technician to support our engineered metal products operations in West Bend, WI. In this role, you will prepare and test metal samples for tensile strength, hardness, microstructure, and dimensional accuracy using lab instruments and gauges. You’ll follow standardized procedures, accurately record and analyze data, and communicate results to production and quality teams. Working in a safety‑first, on‑site lab environment, you’ll help ensure components meet strict customer and industry specifications while developing specialized skills in metals and manufacturing.
