Why This Role Stands Out Base + Commission + Bonus (uncapped earning potential) Consistent lead flow provided—plus the freedom to build your own network Focus on affluent, relationship-driven clients (not high-volume, low-value sales) Family-oriented culture—we work hard and support each other Clear path to Senior Producer & book ownership Backing of a strong primary carrier with flexibility through brokerage options What You’ll Do Build and grow a profitable personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Work a mix of agency-provided leads and self-generated opportunities Use a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage Develop long-term relationships with affluent and emerging affluent families Cross-sell and round out accounts for better protection and retention Conduct policy reviews and stay proactive with clients Participate in community and networking events to expand your presence Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience Who You Are A self-starter who wants to control your income and growth Strong communicator who builds trust quickly Competitive and goal-oriented, with a desire to win Organized and able to manage your own pipeline Comfortable networking both in-person and online Values being part of a tight-knit, team-first culture Requirements Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly) Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience Insurance or financial services sales experience Experience working with middle to upper-income households Established network or strong prospecting ability Work Environment Primarily in-office, with flexibility for client meetings and events.
