Screen Print Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Main Function The main function of this position is to efficiently produce high quality screen printed apparel using automatic screen print equipment while maintaining production speed, quality, and workflow standards. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized work environment Successfully complete operator care tasks Maintain efficient work habits Follow all Print Works production processes and procedures Operate automatic screen print presses efficiently and accurately Perform quality checks to ensure print quality, placement, and consistency Monitor ink coverage, registration, and print appearance throughout production Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of production jobs Maintain production flow and communicate issues to Leadership when needed Support team production goals and department efficiency Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team Schedule Monday – Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am Position Traits Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable with strong work habits Team oriented mindset Screen print experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
