Position: Procurement Operations Specialist

Location: Tulsa OK 74146

Client: Leading Tools Manufacturing company

Payrate: $35/hr

Duration: 3 months

Shift: M-F 08 AM - 05 PM

•    Assign and manage fuel cards, maintenance cards, toll passes, and driver records.

•    Coordinate vehicle lifecycle activities including driver assignment, ordering, delivery, maintenance, and vehicle disposition.

•    Support IT and non-IT asset rollout activities, including user communications, shipping coordination, return logistics, and stakeholder updates.

•    Maintain accurate asset and vehicle records within company systems, ensuring data quality, compliance, and audit readiness.

•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure continuity of service.

•    Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, and reconciliation activities.

•    Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supports the daily operations of Hilti's fleet and asset management programs. Responsibilities include coordinating fleet administration activities, supporting asset deployment and return processes, maintaining records and data accuracy, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting with operational reporting. This role works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery and continuity of operations.

Skills:

•    Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and activities in a fast-paced environment.

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.

•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive customer service mindset.

•    Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

•    Experience with asset management, fleet management, procurement, or operational support functions preferred.

•    Project management experience or certification is a plus.

Education:

•    High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
