Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and general account maintenance. Help prepare policy renewal documents and ensure all client information is up-to-date. Process incoming mail and direct it to the appropriate team members. Maintain organized client files, both physical and digital. Support the agency's producers with various administrative tasks. Foster positive relationships with our valued clients. Requirements Current Florida Insurance license preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
