Providence Medical Group's Stewart Meadows clinic is seeking an experienced board-certified Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate/physician assistant to join its well-established Primary Care team in Southern Oregon. • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
• Embedded position; Outpatient care only
• Option to work either 4, 4.5 day a week; Monday to Friday.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of primary care practice experience post-licensure is required
