Overview
We are seeking a Inside Sales Associate for a direct hire position in Auburn, MA. This role serves as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, responsible for order entry, quoting, returns processing, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes
- Process returns (RMAs) and maintain required documentation
- Communicate order status, pricing, and product updates to customers
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and order tracking
- Provide responsive, professional customer support
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience a plus
