We are looking for a teller candidate to better our team. You will be responsible for approval of loans and providing excellent customer service in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

Greeting Customers Approval of Payday and Title Loan products Communicating terms and conditions of loans Performing check cashing transactions Performing bill pay and money transfer services Responsible balancing of personal cash drawer Resolving customer concerns Marketing and promoting the department to businesses throughout the market area Supporting Pawn & Retail Department via Phone Call Transactions and In-Person Assistance Qualifications:

Previous experience in financial services preferred Strong customer service Good communication skills Strong cash handling skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to multi-task Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays (on rotation) Ability to use a computer and multi-line phone system Strong basic math skills - passing an assessment is required for employment consideration Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
