Senior Litigation Attorney

We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a respected law firm with a strong litigation practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with a background in trusts and estates litigation, probate disputes, fiduciary litigation, or civil litigation who is interested in handling sophisticated and complex legal matters. The firm is open to experienced civil litigators who have strong trust and estate experience and an interest in expanding into trust and estate litigation. Handle a broad range trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution and trial Represent clients in will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary duty claims, estate administration disputes, and related litigation matters Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents Conduct legal research, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Develop litigation strategies and independently manage cases while working closely with clients and the legal team Appear in court and handle matters through trial when appropriate Why Consider This Opportunity? Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
