About the Role We are seeking a visionary Global Innovation Leader to lead breakthrough innovation, advanced material technology development, and strategic technical growth across Gore Performance Solutions. This leader will define and execute an enterprise-wide innovation strategy supporting Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Electronics, Semiconductor, and Industrial markets. The strategic, high energy partner will drive GPS operating company technologies into the future partnering with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term innovation strategy aligned with growth objectives Drive development of next-generation materials, technologies, and platform capabilities Lead exploration, incubation, and commercialization of breakthrough innovations Serve as a strategic technical partner to key customers and external stakeholders Is a member of the Gore Performance Solutions Leadership Team Steward innovation and R&D investments to maximize business value Champion enterprise intellectual property strategy and technology differentiation Lead and develop a high-performing global team of scientists, engineers, and innovators Implement the Gore Business System throughout the Innovation function to accelerate development cycles and bring products & solutions faster to markets & customers Required Qualifications Advanced degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field 15 years leading innovation, R&D, advanced technology, or product development organizations Demonstrated success commercializing breakthrough technologies and materials Proven leadership across global organizations and multiple geographies Strong business acumen and customer-focused innovation mindset Desired Qualifications Experience across Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Electronics, Semiconductor, and Industrial markets Expertise in advanced materials, membranes, polymers, fibers, filtration, or related technologies Strong patent, publication, or technology commercialization record What We Offer Our success is based on the capability and creativity of our Associates, and we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards program that supports your everyday and helps you build your tomorrow.
