Job Overview This position is responsible for assisting the dentist(s) and the dental hygienist(s) in providing primary care dental services to patients at the clinic. The Registered Dental Assistant is also responsible for sterilization, preparation, and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies, as well as maintaining proper infection control in all patient‑care areas. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED certificate required. Credentialed as a valid licensed Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in coronal polishing, X‑rays, and infection control. Pit and fissure sealants certification required within 60 days after hire. Valid CA Driver's License required if assigned to mobile units. Successful completion of background DOJ/FBI clearance within 30 days of hire if assigned to mobile units. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation $28.00 - $32.90 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations.
