Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $79,000.00/yr Job Title Accountant Duration 12+ Months About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their team in Honolulu. This role will focus on improving and streamlining the company’s accrual and disbursement processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and support disbursement activities , including reviewing payment requests, ensuring proper approvals, and validating accuracy prior to processing Assist with accounts payable and cash disbursement controls to ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries , reconciliations, and financial reports Support month-end and year-end close activities Ensure timely and accurate recording of accruals, expenses, and disbursements in the general ledger Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of accounting or finance experience Strong understanding of general ledger, and disbursement processes Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Hospitals and Health Care Location and Salary Honolulu, HI $70,000.00-$85,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Stash Talent Services
