Position Summary: Bekins is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help market our brand and our story. It is Bekins’ goal to provide award winning customer service while providing employees with a stable environment focused on a healthy work/life balance. The new Social Media Coordinator will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Responsibilities: Develop and execute Bekins' social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Create compelling content including photography, video, graphics, and copy that aligns with Bekins' brand standards and marketing goals. Comfortably appear on camera to create authentic content for social media, digital advertising, and other marketing channels. Manage the content calendar by planning, scheduling, and publishing consistent, high-quality content while meeting campaign deadlines. Build and engage online communities by monitoring social media channels, responding to customer messages, encouraging engagement, and protecting the company's online reputation. Analyze performance metrics and use social media insights to optimize content, improve engagement, and report results to leadership. Lead the Bekins Storyteller (Influencer) Program, including recruiting participants, coordinating deliverables, reviewing content, and ensuring projects remain on schedule. Support digital marketing initiatives by creating email newsletters, marketing materials, presentations, and other content that supports company campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, promotions, recruiting campaigns, and brand initiatives across all Bekins locations. Manage brand consistency by ensuring all marketing materials, social media content, signage, and communications reflect Bekins' brand voice and visual identity.
