Skilled Home Health | PRN Tulia & Hereford, TX | $30 per visit + incentives | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking an LVN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Tulia, Hereford, and nearby communities. Your Responsibilities Provide nursing care based on individualized plans of care Monitor patient conditions and report changes Administer medications and treatments as ordered Reinforce care instructions with patients and families Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely visit documentation What You’ll Need Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required Wound care experience is a plus Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working independently Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Why BrightStar Care?
