Warehouse Merchandiser

As a Warehouse Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately received, organized, and displayed at customer locations. Responsibilities Assist with checking in products at customer locations to ensure accurate delivery and inventory management Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays, including rotating stock and removing unsalable products Maintain backroom areas, coolers, and shelves in a neat and orderly condition Support warehouse operations by assisting with product check-in and stocking Accurately pull orders for customer delivery Adapt to varying shift schedules as needed to meet company and customer requirements Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and merchandising operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or merchandising roles preferred, but a willingness to learn is welcome Familiarity with warehouse and merchandising processes is a plus Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, and consistent performance Ability to adjust focus and adapt to meet daily deadlines Reliable transportation to and from work Compensation Starting at $18.00 per hour Benefits Stability: Join a company with over 60 years of success in the industry Growth Opportunities: Supportive environment focused on employee development and process improvement Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment Retirement: 401(k) plan with generous company matching available after 180 days of employment Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO available after 180 days of full-time employment Holiday Pay: Holiday pay available after 180 days of full-time employment Northern Sales Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
