MuleSoft Data Integration Engineera0MP900000A8cAP.1Data Integration Engineer (MuleSoft)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Data Integration Engineer with strong MuleSoft experience to support the development, administration, and optimization of enterprise integration solutions. This role will focus on managing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, supporting Salesforce-centric integrations, and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity between Salesforce and internal/external systems.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MuleSoft administration, API integrations, Salesforce connectivity, secure file transfers, and CI/CD processes. This position will play a key role in maintaining integration reliability, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting a highly available integration ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain MuleSoft flows and APIs within an Agile development environmentAdminister and support MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments, including CloudHub runtimes, VPCs, DLBs, and VPN connectionsDevelop and support Salesforce integrations using API-led connectivity patterns (System, Process, and Experience APIs)Configure Salesforce integration components, including Connected Apps, OAuth settings, Named Credentials, and API gatewaysSupport CI/CD pipelines and deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environmentsManage integration security, including certificates, secrets, encryption, access controls, and environment configurationsMaintain and support SFTP environments, including user accounts, SSH keys, folder permissions, and secure file transfer processesMonitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis to improve system reliabilitySupport scheduled and event-driven data processing workflows between Salesforce and external systemsUtilize monitoring tools such as Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub logs, and Salesforce monitoring capabilities to maintain operational visibilityIdentify opportunities to improve integration performance, scalability, and resiliencyMaintain technical documentation and follow integration governance and security best practicesCollaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable integration solutionsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration experienceExperience supporting Salesforce integrations and API configurationsStrong understanding of API security, authentication methods, and integration best practicesExperience managing SFTP environments, including SSH keys, secure file transfers, and permissionsExperience with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment processesKnowledge of MuleSoft runtime operations and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose integration issuesAbility to create technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMuleSoft Administrator certificationSalesforce certificationsExperience with Databricks or modern data warehousing platformsExperience supporting enterprise-scale integration environmentsUS$110,000 to US$120,000 USDDevelopers RoleSkills: Salesforce MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Salesforce MuleSoft Anypoint StudioLevel: Mid-level
