Duties Open new files and establish initial client contact, maintaining regular communication. Investigate cases thoroughly, gathering and analyzing relevant documents. Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with insurance companies. Manage client medical care and coordinate with medical providers. Monitor case status and review medical records regularly. Organize and maintain case files for submission to demand writers. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Workers Compensation. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills for client and vendor relationships. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in phone communication for extended periods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity. Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. Education High School diploma or equivalent. JD from an accredited university and GA Bar Admission. Certifications GA Bar Admission. Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
