CertaPro Painters of Orlando/Kissimmee is a locally owned franchise. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting in the areas of Lake Nona, Kissimmee and St Cloud. Job Requirements  

• 2+ year degree in related field (preferred)   
• Prior sales experience as in-home sales within the construction or painting industry (preferred) 
• Exceptional communication & relationship building skills  
• High attention to detail  
• Build customer relationships by focusing on implementing CertaPro Painters proven processes. 
• Meet with customers in person or remotely to provide detailed, customized proposals based on their needs. 
• Ensure the brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community events.    
• Participation in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings. 
• Provide support to the production team and crews & marketing initiatives 
• Complete administrative items needed to set up the crew and team for success on every project 
• Strong work ethic  
• Problem solving skills 
• Previous sales and/or service industry experience preferred but not required   
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
