Our organization is in search of a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine physician to become a part of our collaborative team at MercyOne Cedar Falls Family Medicine located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a diverse patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join a supportive team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs).
• Focus on outpatient care, providing comprehensive services for patients of all ages.
• No weekend or evening shifts; work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
• Minimal on-call duties: 1:6, with phone-only responsibilities and first contact handled by a triage nurse.
• Single practice location conveniently situated next to the hospital.
• Modern facility with recent updates, offering on-site lab, MRI, and X-ray services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, along with production incentives and longevity bonuses.
• A bonus package totaling $150,000.
