Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves making local deliveries, loading and unloading products, verifying shipments, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. The ideal candidate has a valid CDL Class B license (or a Class A), a clean driving record, and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries and pickups
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Verify delivery quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy
• Obtain required signatures and maintain delivery documentation
• Use electronic devices to track deliveries, hours, and routes
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license required (or a Class A)
• Clean driving record required
• Experience driving a 26-foot box truck preferred
• Experience using an electric pallet jack preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and unload products as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bronx, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
