Serving as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Customer Success Partner will guide clients in achieving their influencer marketing goals through CreatorIQ's platform, fostering long-term adoption and success in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead value realization conversations and align on long-term success goals with enterprise customers Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication and strategic engagements Drive platform adoption by analyzing customer engagement data and facilitating successful onboarding and education Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role, preferably in influencer marketing Experience managing and supporting Fortune 500 brands with a strong understanding of enterprise-level needs Proven success in managing business KPIs and customer advocacy metrics Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Notion or Jira
