This role plays a key part in month end close, financial reporting, and ongoing process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsComplete complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesMaintain and review the general ledger in accordance with GAAPSupport month - end and year- end close, including journal entries and accrualsAnalyze financial data, identify variances, and provide recommendationsAssist with budgeting and forecasting by preparing schedules and reportsPartner with external auditors and provide required documentationReview work completed by junior accounting staff as neededContribute to special projects and system enhancements within the accounting departmentHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
