Tax Senior Associate

Job Description Review of individual and business tax returns (Form 1040, 1065, 1120‑S). Preparation of complex individual and business tax returns (Form 1040, 1065, 1120‑S). Assist with tax planning and tax research projects. Collaborate with the outsourced accounting services team for client accounting needs. Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters, questions, and planning opportunities. Collaborate with firm leadership to provide exceptional client service and ensure successful engagement delivery. Grow into a broader client relationship management role over time. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field. Bachelor's degree with a preferred field of study in Accounting. CPA eligible. 2+ years of relevant work and industry experience. Software experience – CCH Axcess Tax, Microsoft Office 365. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or related field. 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field. CPA candidates preferred. Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize each assignment as necessary. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally. Proficient use of applicable technology.
