Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA , is seeking to hire compassionate Certified Nursing Aides Full Time & Part Time schedules available Shifts: 7am-3pm,3pm-11am and 11pm-7am The Company: We are a 173-bed facility offering long term care and short term stay We strive to offer excellence in care through our compassionate and supportive approach We are committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality care We show value in our employees by offering opportunities for career advancement The most successful candidates: Have experience in the long term care setting or the drive to work in a fast paced environment Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences The responsibilities & duties: Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs The benefits for qualified employees: Health & Dental Insurance Paid time off (PTO) Continuous professional and clinical training Must possess a CNA license in the in the state of PA upon hire.
