Relationship Banker

Role Overview: The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively promote and sell banking products such as deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, while identifying opportunities for referrals to other banking services. Provide personalized financial advice to deepen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects, supporting sales and business growth. Support client experience by delivering excellent service, minimizing wait times, and resolving issues promptly. Assist in operational tasks, including compliance with regulations, risk management, and training new associates. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
