Schedule: Full Time Weekdays, 8a-5p. Job Location Type: In-Person. Pulmonology Office, Martinsville VA. As Senior Patient Services Representative on the team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®. More about our team Sovah Health is a regional health care delivery system with 2 hospital campuses – Danville and Martinsville. Each facility has a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. Our Danville location is also a teaching hospital that trains medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine. How you’ll contribute A Senior Patient Services Representative who excels in this role: * Serves as a resource lead for all staff. Floats to cover needed positions to ensure efficient operations.

• Greets patients and visitors. Verifies patient information.
• Collects patient co-payments, deductibles, and assists with account balance

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of medical office experience is required.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
