Your coordination of care delivery, adherence to professional standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams will ensure our patients' needs are met effectively. Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor include: Ensuring the delivery of effective, quality, outcome-focused nursing care Collaborating with residents, responsible parties, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized plans of care Implementing the plan of care consistently and cost-efficiently, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes Utilizing all appropriate resources for resident/family/responsible party counseling and discharge planning Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share relevant information for changing the plan of care Job Requirements: Possession of a valid unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment Current CPR certification Basic computer skills Preferred: experience with providing pain management and IV skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to be eligible for this position.
