Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead to strengthen our Technical Value team in Barcelona. You bring agility to the team, you stay hands-on on the technical side, from code review to deployment diagnostics, and you support our clients in their technical choices, from pre-sales to steering committees.

Your missions

You are responsible for the quality and fluidity of delivery, you mentor and motivate your team, and you represent the technical collective to the client. Your role combines three dimensions: agility and management, technique, and pre-sales and client relations.

Bringing Agility

• You bring the Scrum framework to life and you lead ceremonies: daily, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective.
• You estimate User Stories (story points and time) and you challenge them: relevance, decomposition, feasibility.
• You ensure the Definition of Ready (DoR) and the Definition of Done (DoD).

Supporting Your Team

• You coordinate and motivate the team, and you lead technical meetings.
• You act as a liaison between the team and management, communicating transparently about difficulties.
• You monitor the team's staffing and absorb project uncertainties without losing your focus.

Staying Hands-On on Technique

• You manage Pull Requests and code reviews on GitHub, and you monitor code quality with SonarCloud.
• You diagnose deployment failures from GitHub Actions logs.
• You rely on your DevOps culture: Docker/Docker Compose locally, Nginx configuration, system and network administration bases.

Advising Our Clients

• You lead client meetings and you reassure with your posture and explanations.
• In pre-sales, you study specifications, participate in restitutions and tenders, and write technical reports.
• You convince with the solid technical strength of your answers, not with a sales pitch.
• You present and justify architectural and technology choices to CIOs, especially in steering committees, with clear and prepared arguments in advance.

Profile We Are Looking For

You have at least 3 years of experience in development, a strong appetite for team management and agility, and you are as comfortable with technical as with client relations.

Prerequisites

• Previous experience in managing a technical team, or as a Scrum Master or Lead Dev.
• Mastery of Scrum: ceremonies, artifacts, DoR and DoD, estimation.
• Proficiency in at least one language/framework pair: PHP/Symfony, Node.js, Python, React…
• Proficiency in GitHub (Pull Requests, code review) and SonarCloud, and confirmed practice of GitHub Actions.
• Strong bases in system and network administration, and an understanding of Nginx configuration.
• Fluent French: C1 level minimum.

• Transparency: you communicate clearly when something is not going as planned.
• Synthesis and adaptability: you structure, adapt, and find solutions.

3. Practical Case + Review (1h)

You receive a mini-business brief and produce a first front in vibe coding. We then discuss together: your choices, edge cases, and your reading of what AI has generated.

4. Culture Fit (1h)

Discussion with the HR team about your motivations and cultural fit.
