This position offers 75% remote flexibility , with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs. Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers. Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements. Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Experience supervising RBTs preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
