A newly opened, luxury-focused property in one of the Northeast's most dynamic hospitality markets is seeking a Director of Sales who knows how to build business, create relationships, and become the face of a thriving hotel. This isn't walking into a mature property with years of repeat business already on the books, this is an opportunity to take a highly visible, high-performing hotel and help define its future.

The Opportunity
This stunning property has already established itself as one of the most exciting hospitality offerings in the market. The hotel generated extraordinary summer performance and now seeks a sales leader who can capitalize on the momentum by strengthening corporate partnerships, expanding group business, and driving year-round demand. The ownership group is committed to investing in people, service, and long-term success. The leadership team is experienced, collaborative, and forward-thinking. This role reports directly to an award-winning General Manager who believes sales leadership should have a seat at the strategy table.

What You'll Own
Revenue Generation
- Drive transient, corporate, and group business
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Build account production from key regional and national partners
- Identify new demand opportunities throughout the year
Relationship Building
- Serve as the public face of the hotel within the community
- Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses
- Generate brand awareness for the AC Hotel experience
- Maintain strong relationships across Marriott channels and resources
Business Development
- Prospect aggressively
- Conduct outside sales calls and networking events
- Maximize opportunities from incoming leads and RFP activity
- Expand market penetration during off-peak periods
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with ownership and hotel leadership
- Partner with Marriott revenue management resources
- Analyze market trends and competitive opportunities
- Help shape long-term commercial strategy
