We are currently seeking a friendly and dependable On-Call Transportation Driver to join our team at The Springs at Tanasbourne. This role is about much more than transportation; you'll help residents maintain their independence, stay connected to the community, and enjoy meaningful experiences beyond our doors. Whether you're taking residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, scenic outings, or special events, you'll play an important role in making their day brighter. No CDL required. You'll be driving our comfortable 14-passenger community transportation. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are all that's needed. Location: 1950 NE 102nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97006 Reports To: Life Enrichment Director

What You'll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, excursions, and community activities
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Help purchase and transport supplies for the community when requested
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable transportation experience
• Represent The Springs Living with professionalism, kindness, and respect

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving history
• Ability to safely operate a 14-passenger transportation
• Customer service experience
• Experience working with older adults is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon hire
