Academic Tutor and Mentor
City Year
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll provide in-class support, small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, track student progress, and communicate regularly with teachers. You will mentor students, model positive behavior, and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom climate. City Year offers teamwork, coaching, and professional development in a collaborative, mission-driven culture dedicated to social justice and student success.
