Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT) to perform clinical lab testing with expertise in blood bank procedures. The role demands high proficiency, quick turnaround, and accurate results to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow strict safety and quality standards in all testing procedures.
• Document test results and communicate findings promptly to healthcare providers.
• Adhere to laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the laboratory.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/MT) with ASCP certification required.
• Several years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
• Familiarity with blood bank procedures and transfusion testing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
