WHAT YOU'LL DO: Review your daily schedule and head out to service calls within a 40‑mile radius Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units Perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleanings, and system checks Repair and maintain appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers Install, replace, or repair HVAC components like thermostats, condensers, and compressors Follow our 12‑Step Process to deliver the Ultimate Service Call experience Document findings, repairs, and recommendations with accuracy Communicate clearly with customers and provide exceptional service Collaborate with team members and follow all safety protocols WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: Pay: $23–$40 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with overtime and on‑call rotation Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO, 401(k) with company match, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Bonus structure, Company parties, Company vehicle, Company iPad, Uniforms, Growth opportunities APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfort working at heights Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of HVAC or related experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components Experience with appliance repair and maintenance Meet the qualifications listed above?
