Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated infant/toddler teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of each child.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional growth.
• Educate children through play-based learning, ensuring that each child is actively engaged in their own learning process.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and respectful environment conducive to learning.
• Provide individualized support to children with special needs, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings with parents and guardians.

Qualifications

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in childcare or working with young children is essential.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
• Ability to provide tutoring support in literacy education as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development.
