Overview
Physical Therapist, General, Havre, Montana, United States — Travel assignment starting 07/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with a rotating shift. This travel role is in a skilled nursing facility setting with weekend coverage in acute/inpatient care as needed. Weekly pay range: $2,356.00 to $2,559.00.

Responsibilities
- Provide medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations to improve quality of life after injury or disease.
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments; develop and adjust individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Implement PT interventions (therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait and balance training, modalities) as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team, document progress, and communicate with patients and families, respecting gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.
- Ensure patient safety, adhere to documentation standards, and support discharge planning and transitions of care.

Requirements
- Completion of a professional PT education program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Current Montana Physical Therapy license and BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Amiable personality, sound judgment, and empathetic approach to patient care
- Willingness to work in SNF settings with occasional weekend coverage in acute/inpatient environments
- Will not accept in-state travelers unless they exceed a 250-mile radius
