Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Convert leads into appointments by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized database of client interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Participate in daily training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Track and report on sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
• Dynamic, articulate, and well spoken.
• Familiar (geographically) with the entire Oklahoma City metro area.
• Has an interest in learning about the real estate industry (no real estate license required). Having owned a home is a plus!
• Strong understanding of the basic navigation of a computer.
• Ability to adjust as the market and technology change.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Compensation

Compensation: $41,000 - $70,000 yearly
