Front Desk Agent – Join the Team at Tioga Downs!

Do you love creating great first impressions and helping people feel welcome? At Tioga Downs, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service and make every guest experience memorable from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the welcoming face of our hotel—greet guests and set the tone for their stay

• Share helpful information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

• Assist guests with requests, directions, and recommendations

• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency

• Handle guest accounts, payments, and any necessary adjustments

• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and available

• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care

• Operate the hotel switchboard/PBX system

• Go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves satisfied

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous customer service or guest relations experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
